Storm Doors (Villa Units)

Villa Unit Owners are permitted to put a storm door on their front door as follows:

1) Only Emco (800-700-3626) Style #21501 or one of similar appearance may be used. They are currently carried by Home Depot. See Attached.
2) They must be installed and maintained at the owner’s expense.
3) No changes are allowed to the original doorway except as required by the door installation.
4) Storm doors on Terrace Building entrances are not practical and not allowed.
5) The attached photographs show the storm door with the front door open and closed.
