IMPORTANT REMINDER

CHARDONNAY COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Owners meeting will be held on Tuesday January 15th, 2008 at 7:30 pm at the Cold Spring Elks. In our bylaws (Article III, Section 1, Annual Meetings) Chardonnay Council of Co-Owners is to have a regular Annual Meeting of its members within the first quarter of each calendar year. The major reason for this owner meeting is to elect new board members.

This year we will elect three board members to a two year term and one board member to a one year term. Candidates for the Board are as follows:
Ken Allen, Lola Bennett, Bill Frambes, Betty Ann Fremal, Janet Krebs and Madeline Ruf.

It is very important to attend the owners meeting so that you can exercise your vote for the people that you want to manage your community. We must have 30% of our total voting members present, either in person or by proxy to have a valid meeting. If you can not attend the meeting please consider giving your proxy to an owner that will be attending so that we can have our 30% participation. Board members will have proxy ballots and Towne Properties will have absentee and proxy ballots. All absentee ballots must be mailed back to Towne Properties. Proxy ballots can be given to the person you’re giving your proxy to.

There will be door prizes awarded again this year. One will be One month Condo fee “FREE”. Owners must be in attendance to win door awards.

No formal Grapevine will be issued for January due to lack of input!!
